You have to know how public agencies work. The City of San Antonio has no mention on any of it's city council agendas that it 1)testing a product from On4, 2) purchasing a product from On4 .
Every single major purchase of product and services comes thru a public agenda so the Board of Directors can vote on it.
There is no mention of On4 or distracted driving or any other indentifying keywords when you search all the archives.
It's a mystery as to what actually happened with this pilot test.
