The immediate market reaction isn't a factor. If you hedge your bet against the market reaction then they will steal your investment every time. If the shorts still have enough position to suppress the price they will, I wouldn't risk selling them any of my shares no matter what they do with the SP. The news is outstanding and a partnership is imminent!
