Just curious why you think they might be negotiating a settlement. Which insiders have this information and how do you know they have this information. Are you an insider? That would be the only way you would know. Are these insiders giving out this information? Are they trading on this information?
To say that insiders have this information is a rather obvious statement. Those that might be negotiating a settlement of course would know so what's your point. The negotiation should only be with people from J&J and not DECN? How is that going to work.
