WOW. Only one other judge in the entire district rated worse by attorneys who practice in his court. One lawyer's comment indicated this judge did not follow precedent established in prior cases. If that is the case, he may not reverse himself. However the appeals court undoubtedly is aware of his record and ratings! Solid chance of reversal at the appeal level.....but it takes a long time to get there.
