SB gave the reason right there in the OCT 18 PR
why he bit the bullet to pay off the DEBT because
the INTEREST RATES they were having to pay
on the debt was onerous on the company.
So your supposition that SB should have waited
to pay off the debt is in error IMO. Yes it caused
short term downside pressure on the stock pay it off, but
it also laid the foundation for even greater gains
in 2018 by getting the DEBT off the books now!
Your also in error in supposing some mysterious
debt holder is causing the selling. Again refer to
the OCT 18 PR and even better the proof of how
little DEBT ONCI has on its books will be fully
known to everyone when the financials are
released DEC 15
