He has a propensity to ignore facts favorable to employers, and is loath to grant summary judgment. Even when he sees that he has erred, he obtusely maintains his original position. Additionally, Judge Kronstadt will badger and reprimand attorneys in his courtroom within hearing distance of the jury. He also has a tendency to grant more latitude to plaintiffs' attorneys in questioning witnesses at trial.
