I hope these prime filet mignon tips are big enough for a skewer.
If not, we will use them another way.
We are going to start with 7 pounds of them and see.
I worked in a restaurant once that served them on
Friday as a special after cutting up the filets into steaks
the previous days.
The tip is the small tail end.
