Taking my last post 1 step further, perhaps you have 2 brothers (joined at the hip) that want to gain voting control...well, even easier - they each accumulate 7.3M shares (just under 5%) and own 14.6M prior to any offering.
Then, they really only need 12M from the offering at say 2 cents = $240k spent
Even if the rest of the offering brought in say $510k - then total raised would be $750k less about a $60k commission, so what does a net of $690k really do for Joey when his true goal is $4-5M ???

Note - current o/s (as of right now) is 146.1M, so 5% = 7,305,000 shrs
