If you're managing your money properly you should
never be concerned with a pullback in a stock
that has rapidly rising revenues like ONCI
with no end in sight,
because it will always recover in time and
you can add more at lower levels to balance
out any buys at higher levels.

Its called dollar cost averaging. It just happens
the swings with penny stocks are more volatile
usually than with big board stocks. But that also
means the gains can be much higher as well
over the long term.
