With things on hold, pending the outcome of the CA ruling, the defendants get to have one last hurrah. This delay will enable them to close their FY '17 books as profitable enterprises. Their EOY audited 10-Ks will, with a straight face, be positive. This hoped for result could have been part of their strategy. They know next year will be a disastrous one for them & their SHs IMHO.
