I don't know what more evidence you need to understand that IPIX has been and is currently under attack by abusive naked short sellers.
Hit pieces on Seeking Alpha.
Class action lawsuit based on and coordinated with one of the hit pieces which the company refuted issue by issue.
FINRA daily reporting of short selling.
Manipulation of the share price seen daily by those watching trading carefully.
Litigation being brought by companies like the EROS suit which describes behavior very similar to that which has happened to IPIX.
Do you not consider this hard evidence?
Here is some more circumstantial evidence but there is no question that the preponderance of evidence proves IPIX has been and is under attack.
