Obviously, the answer depends on your time frame. If you mean can the stock price 'ever' get to the numbers you name, well, sure. Getting back to ten cents isn't a huge lift if you're looking at a year or more.
If you mean, by the end of the 1st quarter 2018, that's dicier. If the much-awaited acquisition comes out AND new and plausible CBD product comes to market, I do believe we might see 10 cents by the end of March. And I can see 25 cents as the target by the end of June if the product is proven to sell.
