ACS will always pay us for sales of ProtectID, but will only pay us up untill September 2020 for sales of GuardedID and MobileTrust. Since we have perpetual right in the retail space, why don't we do it now?
Especially now all lawsuits are stalled except for the SA case. Their schedule should be more flexible for them to do some marketing and customer support until they need to be focused on helping with the claim construction and infringement discovery again.
