If R&G thought for a second they would lose the appeal, they would walk away.
I for one was shocked that that SFOR won the PTAB on ALL claims. I actually thought a couple of the claims would have gone forward in an IPR. Only beause part of me was thinking along the same lines (SFOR not big boy).
Well here we are playing with the big boys with patents that didnt go through the IPR process.
