IMO the message before the most recent one from Tony said that they were finalizing the final drafts of the statements then sending them to legal for review:

They could be still finalizing them or it could be legal is taking some time to look at them. USGlobal is probably not the attorney's only client and they need to read over 9 quarterly reports and 2 annual reports, not to mention any questions they have for USGlobal on them. And USGlobal is probably not working just on this. They also mentioned that they wanted to release business plan, which I am sure at the time was modeled after the Songbird acquisition so that is probably being modified as well as getting the paperwork done for the ticker and name change. This does not take into account whatever they have to do for this new direction they are going.

IMO, USGlobal has shown they want to be forthcoming about what is going on and get this in the air, so I trust they will release information when they are able.
