a question for anyone: before the appeal court date arrives-could sa seek a settlement knowing that a high percentage of the 9th circuit decisions are overturned...was just pondering this... a defendant could play the delay game and still settle before the appeal court date, but I may be 100% wrong on that-not being an attorney-any thoughts, anyone?
