Due to the digging done on the judge, he shouldnt be handed any software or hardware or any tech cases whatsoever. These two posts indicate how intertwined everything is in te Cali. courts (district, appellate and Cal. supreme). Even on the tech side there are influential connetions.

Kay should be made aware of this.
R&G need to make their case that the decision may have been tainted and we deserve a new judge and any judge assigned must be properly checked for any possible outsider (outside the court room) influence that may sway any decisions on future cases.
