Not at all! That is a separate issue with the 9th Circuit.
Corrupt as hell, believes they are their own nation, etc.
70% of the appellate reviews from this circuit the result in being overturned!
Annoying YES! However, it will be overturned but will take about 3-4 months to do so.
Feel free to leave the stock and watch from the stands.
