Read the article and it makes it more confusing. Problem in this article which is different than our lawsuit is we have another party standing on the sidelines who was also a defendant that admitted to infringing on our patent.

We have Centrify saying they infringed on the Patent which can be used as a base of what DUO is doing. That being said you are an attorney so I would think you could draw a line and ask what is difference between MSFT, Centrify and DUO? In my opinion nothing. The Ca. judge made a decision as I said based off of protocols of his jurisdiction and it is my opinion SFOR will prevail. Having Centrify waive the white flag really helps. It also shows character and integrity.
