I don’t know how far down the road you have to go before you’re able to fully get under the hood. Maybe it did take that long... ?

Or maybe, R&G knew it would come to this and kept going anyway because they now have something they can bring over to the DUO case and say “hey judge look, here’s Trustwave saying “yes, we agree the product infringed, but it’s not our product, it’s DUOs”....
