wintorw the fact that ONCI is becoming a holding
company of SIX Divisions also adds to the
complexity in getting FINRA Approval.
As I've said i'm not expecting FINRA until JAN.
But remember the stock went to .019 in Sept
without FINRA so I wouldn't be thinking that is
a must have thing for the stock to rally, but
it certainly will help.
