Once again it would be nice and helpful if Kay would come on this board and in plain English relate what the outcome of some of these lawsuits have been without breaking any NDA.
Too many opinions from non lawyers on this board that provide more confusion for all of us.....
not much to ask for to give us some peace of mind.
