I can't see any momentum until the debt is confirmed to be retired and the name change and domicile change happen. All the revenue contract are great, but the administrative side absolutely needs to get done and confirmed - JMHO.

Direction is great - doing diligence on possible acquisitions is great - adding to the Mfg'ers rep base to add depth and penetration is great.

Just need to tidy up the "formal" stuff and this one will rock.
