Wow. Shortsighted, emotional reaction to the 8k IMO.
Once you think about it, it is, in fact, positive:
- One less case on the docket means less time in court, and less legal cost in time and $
- It's folded into the upcoming settlement with Duo, which may make it even better for all of us Longs, as those licenses/royalties will have to be paid by Duo as part of their case
- If you have some funds, great time to buy more shares.
So far I have not seen any posts on this board that have bona fide legal expertise... so why don't we let SFOR and the attorneys play this out? It's just another piece on the board that moved, but we will ultimately have the check-mate move.
