I am just saying it doesnt look right and that the Judge should have recused himself to avoid the conflict of interest situation. I think Knobbe Martens celebrated too early on this one. Mark looks at the board occasionally he will see it and pass it on. I didnt know if I needed to bother him with it..I was just thinking out loud and was waiting for input from others to see if that made sense..Thanks for the input.
