I am in complete agreement with you.
MJ is a business where you can spend or be forced to spend a lot of money due to government regulations. Many public MJ companies have very little product or profits to show their investors right now.
The company's distracted driving app is the goose that laid the golden egg if Mr. Berman can execute it properly. Going off in all directions imo is a loss of focus at this point. Prove that you can excute in one business segment first. He should be setting up as many media interviews as possible to get the word out. Heck, he was in that business. It should be obvious .
Based on my research the San Antonio deal has never hit the board agenda on the agency website. If you know anything about how public agencies work everything has to be approved by a Board and it gets published in a weekly/biweekly/monthly agenda. So far nothing.
