Judges like this suffer from a disease labeled BRS (Black Robe Syndrome).
This disease is wide spread in the Ninth Circuit but, is not limited to this particular district.
This is where God is fully aware, he is not a Circuit Judge, however, the Judge does not have the capacity or awareness to realize, that he/she is not God.
