I'm just a layman, but I'll offer an opinion anyway.
The "minutes" tersely describe who participated and the principal subjects covered. I only gleaned three pieces of information from the "minutes": the meeting occurred in courtroom 7D, it lasted 46 minutes and it's unlikely that any significant decisions were announced.
During the meeting, there were undoubtedly statements, questions and answers, along with body language and tones of voice.
Hopefully, we'll get more color from someone who was actually at the proceedings.
