Here are some of the things invented by the ancient Greeks that have modern day patents:
Odometer
Robots
Watermill
Alarm Clock
Cranes
Showers
Levers
Ironically "Trial by jury" (no current patents, just threw it in)

These modern day patents should be invalid also according to the ruling that will be apealled as per Kay:

This post was put together in about 10 minutes. Most inventions have been around a long time and always get improved with better ideas and implimented differently with different uses and needs. SFOR's patents show what existed prior to their patents being granted followed by reveiwed then followed by PTAB denial of IPR. The PTO has been up this road 3 times now with these patents.

Anyone who reads SFOR's patents can see what they improved on from prior patents (that are valid) to make COBAS a better product, "true OOBA".

Here is one that has been around for a long time (possably mideaval times) door nobs/locks:

SFOR created a better "door lock" to help keep hackers out. This is what must be appealed by R&G.
ACS used the same technology to create Cygate. That alone explains the better lock concept that is patented by SFOR.

Well, lets see what hapens with this appeal.

As usual, just my opinion.
