It seems that the decision to Motion 67 is not made yet. The motion is filed by JJ, asking the judge to make a summary judgement. The judge will hear from both representatives first and will render a decision regarding the motion. The Plaintiffs (patent owner) usually wants the case to go through a jury trial to explain validity of patent infringement and damage. It seems that the representatives from both parties gave oral arguments today and the decion by the judge will be followed shortly (don't know how many days later).
