He is also 66 yrs old.....nothing against age but he is showing it on this case...lol...theres a strong possibility he doesnt even understand the technology much less render a logical decision on it. This is far more complex than an analogy to ancient greeks and WW1 technology...That is laughable that he could think that is prior art...ROFLMAO..I can hardly wait to see what R&G response for appeal will be.
