Remember Trustwave settled & With SA- Ropes & Gray is most likely working on appeal as per today's filing. If you read the 101 of which SA took advantage, reason cited is bizarre as I pointed out @ https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=4866692 and DUO is trying it's last ditch effort and trying to take advantage of this situation.
