I thought about that. In my own experience once we got thru the toughest case, which I see this being, all else was easy. No one we asked to settle or sign agreements with would until the biggest most difficult was done. Once we got they it all else was easy. Is that the case here? Idk could it be? Our resident attorney could better speak on it
