SFOR consented to staying the pending litigation. So this is going to be around for a while. Ninth Circuit can take a while to get this resolved. I hope the NJ Courts deny the Motion and move these cases along. But I suspect they will grant the motion. CD California screwed this up. Now we need business deals to come through, imo.
