SVTE .0004 traded up to .0007 today and then sold off to the 4 area.
10K was released after hours. $3.7 million revenue with a loss. 4.9 Billion O/S
A 1 time P/S = .0008 so at .0004 it's got a little value.
But from the CEO's twitter he hints very strongly a PR is coming out saying they will focus on PR's showing company activities and growth. They also stated in a PR last week they are working on a LOI for a company generating $15 million revenues. It makes sense there will be a PR about the 10K release as well as updates on the $15 million acquisition and maybe update on the share reduction.
It could be worth a trade. In at 4 and out at 6. Good luck
