IMO, the judge presiding over DUO and Centrify (who already admitted in a court document that it is infringing and wanted to see Entrusts Settlement term sheet) knows that StrikeForce's patents are valid and will not approve a stay. But instead will push this case further, either settlement or jury trial where they will pay triple damages.
