i believe our ultimate goal is to get to the big board. i'm in another stock that is further along doing the same thing. the other stock is accomplishing this by having a 100 to 1 reverse split. maybe we're reducing share count to avoid that. i understand we would have to trade at 4.00 or better for so many mos.( with out rev. split) before the swap to the big board can happen. could be steve is killing 2 birds with one stone. if i'm stating this wrong, somebody please correct. no hard feelings. jmo
