Now that you posted this SA attorney PR go and check the public records to see how many of their IP 101 decisions from this court are appealed!! Ropes and Gray is like the long arm of the law....Whats you gonna do when they come for you SA!!!! Hmm....I wonder why SA wanted to move the case out there so bad. Then SA's attorney group that is arrogant enough to put out a PR (knowing that this is not over) that seems to rub the IPR decision in the USPTO's face. I'm sure they wish all appeals were in the same court....
