as mentioned KBM was the big thorn in Hjoe's side. Others were smaller and I'm certain they probably settled with those are in the works.
What I find funny and well, not so surprising is that Hjoe mentioned getting back to trading mid 2018. And just a couple days ago we got an update on the motion to proceed.
I personally think this isn't some random timeline they drew out of their hat. of course we know it's not pricise but close enough. I'm confident Hjoe's team and attorneys are going to finish with the crap once and for all.
