I think everyone can agree getting the right management team in place is going to be key in moving NTEK forward. I have seen very little discussion or even speculation on any of the NTEK boards regarding who may be joining our management team. IR advises at least a portion of the new management team will be attending the SH meeting.

We also know Mr Orefice (our funding partner) has requested a BOD seat so its likely he will be in attendance.

It seems highly unlikely NTEK would not announce or introduce their new management team members and new CEO to SH's PRIOR to the SH meeting. Its usually just not done that way.

It would be great if David could provide some basic info on the credentials and background of the new MGT team and CEO.
