There would be no fight...If Trustwave continues (after settlement) to sell their software incorporating SFOR's patented products, it now works for StrikeForce and StrikeForce will assist them as one of their channel partners in the sale.
Remember, as in the case of Phone-factor / Microsoft lawsuit, StrikeForce included Midwest Bank who was using the infringing product of Phone-factor. This is just one tool in StrikeForce's arsenal. That being said, as each infringer settles, their customers continue to be their customers and by extension now they are StrikeForce's customers for which they (StrikeForce) gets payment for the use of their patented products in use.
