As JTECH said yesterday this was the same verbiage as the Microsoft letter. We do have a settlement and I'm banking/hoping it's more than 10M 
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and among Plaintiff
StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. and Defendant Microsoft Corporation that:
1. all of StrikeForce’s claims in connection with this suit against Microsoft are dismissed with
prejudice;
2. any of Microsoft’s defenses in connection with this suit against StrikeForce are dismissed
without prejudice; and
3. StrikeForce and Microsoft shall each bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.
Wherefore, the parties respectfully request that the Court enter the proposed order of
dismissal submitted herewith.
