3(a)(10)'s always have a leakout clause which limits the selling each day.
Most ive seen is 10% of the volume/day
Could this one be 20%? NO - Weve NEVER HAD A 20% T TRADE YET. WHY TODAY?

This isnt debt, its too much to be debt.
Its NON INSIDERS who own shares that clear through VNDM, and VNDM always reports its trades at the end of the day regardless.... DILUTION OR NO DILUTION
