That's always been one of my main questions. Why did Berman need to purchase a shell thru a reverse merger? Did he not have the money? Which I find hard to believe given his prior employment history.
He could have purchased the app outright and built the company up for an IPO or resale after five years and avoided all the headaches of a public company.
Guess we'll never know.
