I'm completely disconnected from the company. The poster in question has been around for over ten years - why question the path now? There's never been a closer point to a positive outcome for the company than now - why sell or question the possibilities at this stage?

It's really no different for any investor as you say. No one is holding a gun to anyone's head to buy or sell. Guessing at outcomes is nothing more than that - a guess. The mantra about changing the outcome is no different - if you can change and help others along the way - go for it. If you can't change or won't take the time - don't b**%& or whine - sell and move on. Very simple stuff...

If the court case is favorable for DECN on Weds, the likelihood of a settlement increases - significantly. If it's not, then things drag on through the appeal process and the discussion gets kicked down the curb further. So, yes it is more relevant after Weds.

It's a little over 24 hours away - you can't wait that long for better information???
