I am not surprised at all. A few years ago I read that an Air Force officer who

sat on the board to give grants, leaking the bid prices of the other

competitors on a large project to Boeing and thus helped Boeing to get a

large grant. Someone (probably another big dog) , tipped the FBI and she

was caught with hard evidence getting $$$$$ from Boeing. , and she got a

few years in jail. Don't remember what happened to Boeing, probably

fined a few millions, just a slap on the wrist, a small fraction of the cost of

doing business as usual; DOD or FDA......not much different. I also

remember one of my investments (a small biotech co) had the best

drug/treatment on Sepsis and Septic shock (a billion $$ market) and the

approval went to a big boy and the drug was on the market for ten years

and did not work, and later the big boy volunteered to withdraw it from the

market, probably too much heat on FDA (I knew that because it was in the

news announcement) Never heard of any follow-up on the case or anything

happened to the big pharm co or comments from FDA.

NNLX products sells and at least have enough cash flow and not going

BK anytime soon; and has their technologies on fire-sale...That's why I think

BB steers the ship, lean and mean. We used to have investors' conference

until I remember the former CEO's wife ruined it and no more investors'

conference ever since. Correct me if I am wrong.

It is important that NNLX's customers now include Gate's Foundation

and other non-Government entities and potential overseas customers..........

and has better chances of surviving and making it. This is Wall Street!
