SFOR has thirty days to file an appeal in the SecureAuth case. The Order also said, if my memory is correct, that they can file an objection to the decision. I'm not sure if they are required to file an objection before filing an appeal in the Ninth Circuit. If they do it is filed with the CD Cal. court and the time period is shorter. If they do file an objection then the appeal process gets delayed until a decision on the objection is made. Just my opinion.
