I do get it. Nanologix had 5-6 hour anthrax diagnostics 7 or 8 years ago when Battelle did their own research. No one wanted it because anthrax had ceased to be a concern. I know medical and biotech. I also know who gets awarded govt grants often depends upon who knows who and what corrupt official gets campaign donations. Attribute the award however you want but no one really cares about anthrax in the DHS world.
