Plus this didn't help the run! I wish the SEC or some one would shut that site DOWN! This poster had no proof for this post and should be sued by every share holder that lost money after the time stamp in this post. All this did was cause market panic IN MY OPINION!

STKO - fake 8K - just when you've thought you've seen it all. 

I've seen fake bankruptcy documents, fake Nevada  business entity filings, fake websites, fake emails mimicking the most popular penny stock promoters, but this might be the first time I've seen a fake otcmarkets website set up to host a fake 8K to pump a sub-penny POS stock.
