Dec 8 deadline for FINRA re-registration is not a big
deal IMO because SB can simply re-register
with FINRA again on that date and IMO we are waiting for the
AUDITED FINANCIALS to also clear the way for
FINRA Approval to re-domicile to C.O. so it will
all happen sometime between DEC 15 to JAN 31 anyway.
